Four thousand four hundred cars belonging to different services of the State have been flashed for speeding, in 2004 without ever being reprimanded. The same year, the French administration has been attacked in one thousand four hundred legal cases and in only one out of four condemned. General Counsels, Ministries, “prefectures” and town halls manage to escape the laws that are applied to citizens.

On the sensitive questions, the French administration cultivates the secret, ignoring the rules of public information, and sometimes the laws. A public investigation on the risks of GMO cultivation has been blocked by the Ministry of Agriculture. Nuclear transportation on the French territory is classified “Secret Defense”, but is totally free of access in Sweden. A Second World War case report is still censored by the Ministry of Defense, but freely accessible in the US.
