In France, two thousand public officers have free housing or pay a ridiculously small rent on State properties. What is the reality of State Properties? Is it a right, a privilege or an abuse? Considering the estate market, this housing system is worth one billion four thousands million Euros. However, only thirty million euros only are being collected.

In another domain, the National Statistics Institute reports that more than half of the jobs are obtained by relations, that’s not really competitive.
