It contains about $3 trillion worth of pure U. S. certified gold bars. It’s so secret that a Congressional delegation demanded a special tour in the early 1970’s to make sure the gold was even there, and they took all the local media along to document it!
Also, explore the secrets of the largest and most powerful warships in the world. The U S. S. Nimitz-class carriers are over three football fields long covering 4.5 acres. They are manned by over 5,000 sailors and airmen and are powered by eight nuclear reactors. Eighty-five F-18 fighter jets are deployed on the carrier. Four steam-powered catapults can thrust the 48,000 pound aircraft 300 feet, from zero to 165 miles per hour in two seconds!
