Five young ladies are being trained at the police academy of Périgeux, between February 2005 and February 2006. Christelle, 30 years old, was working as a security agent in the city of Agen. Cindy, 23 years old, has a diploma in biology and is a volunteer fireman, she believes that her new job will allow her to help other. Loubna, 27 years old, wants to fight machos and racists by becoming a police agent. Elisabeth, 19 years old is trying to make her dream come true as she has decided when she was 12 that she’d be a police woman. Sandra, 31 years old, security agent in Pointe à Pitre, knows that she has to live on the continent before being able to go back home to her town and family.
