In an unusual view of the modern White House, we will feature the East Wing, residence of America’s First Family, the paths of many tourists, many national figures of past decades and even centuries, and the host quarters to foreign dignitaries. We will see how the press corps works with the West Wing, domain of the President, and how it keeps up with the daily travels from the Oval Office to the Texas ranch. We will feature some of the newest additions to the White House, among them the Homeland Security Department.
During the 50th anniversary of the Navy Mess – the White House’s able staff of cooks -- we will feature the State Department and a dinner for a foreign guest. Time permitting, we will visit the White House grounds, the kennels, and those who dedicate their lives and careers to the historical, national monument.
At a time when security is on the minds of most Americans we will see how the White House protects the First Family, and visitors to the nation’s capitol.
