We are constantly bombarded with images of the perfect body and face. The desire and pressure for perfection is so alluring that people will go to extremes to achieve it even if it means going under the knife for cosmetic surgery from face to foot and everything in between…
Imagine 36 Double D’s – For some it’s the perfect breast augmentation size, for others it’s the relief of reduction after being weighed down by 38 triple I’s. Breasts are, and always will be the main event in plastic surgery. Enhancements, reductions, breasts jobs gone bad and fixed are a ‘large’ part of volume 1. Breasts aren’t always the object of perfection – thanks to our bootylicious superbabes, J.Lo, Beyonce & Brittany Spears, our surgeons venture into areas no man has gone before – butt lifts. When talking extreme however, the biggest growing trend in plastic surgery today is the overwhelming ‘loose skin’ phenomena due to excessive weight loss. Total body lifts from head to toe are where it is at and there’s nothing more freeing for our patients than losing all that excess skin! How far will people go? Imagine being born without an entire lower jaw and throat, or having a tumor that took half your nose and nasal passage, or having half your face crushed and torn off by an elevator. In an extraordinary hour of courage surgeons will perform cutting edge procedures to correct birth defects on infants and children, and reconstruct severely crushed faces and heads through precise cranio-facial procedures and multiple surgeries. Victims of violence and severe accidents will have hands transplanted, gunshot wounds made to look like they never happened and cadaver skin laid across 40% of their body to harvest brand new flesh. Breast cancer survivors will be physically restored through the miracle of breast reconstruction and tram flap procedures – grateful to not only be alive, but to feel whole once again.

“Massive & Multiple”
You thought just a facelift would be enough – try a facelift, tummy tuck, nose job, breast redux and thigh lift all on one patient; or how about a total body lift from head to toe in just one massive operation; or the gal who walked into the doctors office for just a nose job and came out 9 procedures later. Volume 3 will offer the viewer a chance to delve into some of our most intense and in-depth stories of people having a massive multiple procedures all in one go. From consult through recovery we will glimpse ordinary people going to extra-ordinary means to transform themselves. And what about the future? We’ll delve into doctors performing cutting edge procedures for the first time and patients seeking hi-tech implants for their face.
